2004, Maximum RocknRoll (Kenny Kaos) - somebody forgot to tell the chronics that italians don't know how to play punk rock. This is fortunate for you, as this is pretty damn good record, though tough to attach a label to. I can't figure out if the vocals remind me of that dead AC/DC guy (Bon Scott) or Feargal Sharkey (of Undertones fame). Either way, they are distinctive. Musically, it reminds me of The Stooges, though I'm not sure I could tell you why. Maybe it's just that it's a real full sound. Not coincidentally, they cover the Stooges "TV Eye". All this from three italian dudes, who were never told that they can't play punk rock.
